“I had purchased the Mavricks about a year ago. They didn't work out so I sent them back. No issues. Was ready for a new set. Landed on the 19 Apex Forged. Love them. Web-site says they're certified pre-owned. They look new to me. Wrapped so as to protect the heads. Was pleasantly surprised. Love my new irons. Would definitely buy form these guys again. Also cheaper from the website. Better deal than same clubs on eBay.

Returns are very slow and tedious! After they receive the product, you will have to wait for about 2 weeks just to get a GC - they won't refund it to your card so you have no choice but to wait for the GC and it takes forever.

Great place to buy genuine clubs at a reasonable price. Clubs are always in excellent condition, better than described, and their customer service is second to none.

Ordered a set of Mavrik pro irons in good condition. They arrived within 2 days of ordering and there is not a single mark on the clubs, neither the sole or face. Fantastic result. Thank you Callaway Pre-Owned, one very thrilled customer.

BOUGHT SOME CLUBS AND HAD TO RETURN WITH RMA NUMBERS. ITEM WAS RETURNED AND WAITED MORE THAN WEEK, NO REFUND. CONTACTED THEM THROUGH EMAIL AND NO REPLY. CALLED THEM AND GOT LONG WAIT SO CHOSE CALL BACK OPTION. OFCOURSE NO RETURN PHONE CALL. THEIR AFTER SERVICE IS 1 STAR AT BEST.

I ordered left handed clubs and received right handed. I emailed them (no response) and called them twice and was on hold for over ten minutes each time.

I ordered a set of irons described as in good condition. They arrived today, and they're immaculate- it looks like they've never been used! Really, really pleased, will definitely use again!

I used callaway pre owned twice in UK, and I have no words for the quality of the clubs and for the price compared to other web golf sites. The clubs are in excellent conditions and the service is excellent.

This company is only good on bait and switch trying to push their left handed golf clubs on you they hide it so you order it then you have to send it back and spend $40 do not buy anything from this company used Callaway Golf Clubs do not buy from this company
